I don't care what kind of justification you give here. There's absolutely NO need for a 'grocery list' to be able to make a phone call. EVER. *Especially* without user interaction. Just the concept should raise an alarm for anyone with a modicum of intelligence that there's an extreme security risk present.
And if your statement's not an accurate indication of the function, then I'd strongly suggest amending your description of that particular statement, because that's how it reads to me. "Please allow me to make unknown phone calls, without using the dialer, and without the phone owner's intervention or knowledge."
(Incidentally, if it's supposed to be for sharing lists [eg: between housemates/spouses], then find another option to do that, text or bluetooth, but a phone call?? Not a snowball's chance in ... of me using this as of this permission/writing)
