I will be generous and give this app 3 stars because I like the concept of getting kids (or anyone, for that matter) to look closely at art. But this is a timed search for objects in paintings. Which can turn the positive concept to a negative experience. Because some of the objects cannot be seen at all on the Kindle Fire screen - even once you know where they are. I suggest the addition of a "clues" option under the menu icon. Also there need to be many more paintings to choose from. Once you exhaust the 3-4, that's it. And Rousseau was very prolific. Where are the others - for variety of repetitive play? Being a former art teacher I'd also like an option to click & read the stories behind each of the featured art works... Nice attempt for a start. But needs more devel work.
