This is a good game that could be great if it weren't for the need to pay the man. It's a classic bait (free) and pay me app. It's set up so you start out well but quickly realize you need real hard cash to buy power (gold, in the game's terms) to excel in tuning up those who need a some tuning, robbing those who need robbing, getting protection money from business owners who need it, et.al... It would have been so much better if it cost a little up front so you could enjoy without adding more real money.
