I downloaded this calendar to my Kindle Fire. You use your finger to write memos to the calendar after touching the applicable date on the calendar. To go to the next month, slide your finger across the screen. However, I could not find a way to type a date and go to that particular day/month. I could not set a reminder or recurring event (i.e., birthdays). There are free adds at the bottom left hand corner of the display screen, right below where you need to touch the screen in order to add a note (which makes it too easy to click on the free add by mistake). I am deleting this application from my Kindle Fire. I also downloaded the Fliq Calendar (Mark/Space, Inc) - I like the Fliq Calendar a whole lot better! I can go to a specific date, set recurring appoints, etc.
